Windsor & Eton Pancake Race 2025

Get ready to flip, race, and compete! The much-loved Windsor & Eton Pancake Race is back, and we’re inviting local businesses to take part in this fun-filled tradition.

Taking place on Tuesday 4 March 2025, this light-hearted, yet fiercely competitive event brings together teams from businesses across Windsor and Eton for a series of pancake-flipping relay races. Not only is it a great way to show off your team spirit, but it’s also an excellent opportunity to network with other businesses, support the local community and get some great promotion for your business.

Whether you're defending your title or joining for the first time, we guarantee laughter, excitement, and a bit of friendly rivalry! Grab your frying pans, assemble your team, and don your best fancy dress—prizes are up for grabs. There is even a mascot-only race!

📅 Date & Time: Tuesday 4 March 2025 from 10am - 12noon
👥 Who can enter? Any businesses, organisations, and community groups
🎭 Dress Code: Fun and creative costumes encouraged!

Entry is £20 per team.  2 people per team.  (Mascots are free)

Proceeds from the event will be split between local charities and Windsor Christmas Lights Fund, making it a fantastic way to give back while having a flipping good time!
