Low Sensory Day

We’re delighted to be bringing our Windsor Royal community together for a special Low Sensory Day on Tuesday 24th November, from 9am–4pm.

Our shops and restaurants will be making simple changes throughout the day to create a calmer, more comfortable and inclusive environment for visitors who may benefit from a reduced sensory experience.

During Low Sensory Day, participating stores and restaurants will be:

🔇 Reducing noise levels where possible
🛍️ Reducing till noises
📢 Switching off in-store announcements
💙 Offering assistance on request
🐕‍🦺 Welcoming assistance dogs, as always

We understand that busy shopping environments can sometimes feel overwhelming, particularly with unexpected sounds, announcements and increased noise levels. By making these small changes, we hope to provide a more relaxed experience and give everyone the opportunity to enjoy Windsor Royal in a way that feels comfortable for them.

Our team and participating businesses will be on hand throughout the day, so please don’t hesitate to ask for assistance if you need it.
